    The triangular symbol tells you if bleaching agents can be used on a certain fabric or not.

    "Do not bleach" means that spot remover should not be used either.

    This symbol tells you if a certain piece of clothing can be ironed and suggests the recommended temperatures.

  • Dryer

    Tumble-drying

    This symbol informs you about recommended temperatures for tumble-drying.
    If it is crossed the garment must not be tumble-dried.

  • Dry-cleaner

    The circular symbol suggests dry-cleaning. Different letters inside the circle indicate the chemical solvents that may be applied.
